Habit tracker templates
Built with your habits already in them, not a blank you have to fill in twice.

Paper wins on friction. A sheet on the fridge is in front of you whether or not you remember it exists, and ticking a box by hand takes no unlocking, no app, no decision. It loses the moment you are away from the fridge.
A spreadsheet wins on arithmetic. It counts your ticks, works out the percentage, and lets you look back over a year without counting squares. It also asks you to open a laptop to record something that took nine seconds to do.
Most people who stick with tracking end up using paper for the habit and a spreadsheet for the review, which is why both live here rather than one being the recommendation.
Everything here is free
No account, no email, no watermark. Each page builds the template in the browser with the habits you type, so you get a file with your own rows in it rather than a blank you have to edit before it is any use.
